Client Service Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team at Waste Management. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in client service management and is able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty - Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and deliver services to clients - Monitor and track client satisfaction and feedback - Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention and growth - Manage and resolve client issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner - Analyze client data and trends to identify opportunities for service improvement - Provide regular reporting to management on client performance and satisfaction

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven track record of at least 7 years in client service management - Strong project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to make complex decisions under pressure - Energetic and passionate about delivering exceptional client service - Ability to thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting
