Job Description:
Performance Food Group is seeking a reliable and passionate Client Service Manager to work from home in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or account management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded. 4. Act as a strategic partner to clients, providing recommendations and solutions to help them achieve their business goals. 5. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance the customer experience. 6. Lead client meetings and presentations to communicate key updates, report on performance metrics, and discuss strategic initiatives. 7. Work closely with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 2. Proven track record of 5+ years in client service or account management. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong presentation and leadership abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and remotely. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 7. Prior experience working from home is a plus.
