Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and energetic Client Service Officer to join our team at iHeartMedia in Abu Dhabi. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions. 3. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to ensure client satisfaction and promote iHeartMedia's services. 4. Prepare and deliver proposals, contracts, and presentations to clients, showcasing the value of our offerings. 5. Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on campaign performance and recommendations for improvement. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. 7. Assist in developing marketing materials and strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. 8. Attend client meetings, events, and conferences to represent iHeartMedia and build brand awareness.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2. 1 year of experience in client service, sales, or marketing. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. High level of emotional intelligence and ability to understand and empathize with clients. 5. Creative problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail. 6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. Passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations. 9. Energetic personality with a positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
