Client Service Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a resourceful and motivated Client Service Officer to join our team at News Corp. in Dubai. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to our company - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions to clients - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on company products and services - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to clients - Assist in resolving any customer issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner - Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities to better serve our clients - Provide regular reports and updates on client interactions and feedback to management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Presentation skills - Strong attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
