Client Service Officer

Job Description:

As a Client Service Officer at Delek US Holdings, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in Dubai. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. Your main goal will be to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our company.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns. 2. Respond to client emails, phone calls, and other communications in a timely and professional manner. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. 4. Work closely with internal teams to address any client issues or concerns. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of client service strategies to improve overall client satisfaction. 6. Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 7. Provide feedback to management on client needs and preferences. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 3 years of experience in a client service or customer service role. 3. Passionate and hardworking individual with excellent communication skills. 4. Strong strategic planning skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
