**Responsibilities:**
1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. 3. Coordinate and facilitate client meetings, including preparing meeting agendas and minutes. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients. 5. Monitor client accounts, track performance metrics, and prepare reports for management. 6. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing clients. 7. Assist in the onboarding of new clients, gathering necessary documentation and information. 8. Resolve client complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary. 9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in client services to continuously improve processes.
**Requirements:**
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a similar industry. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 6. Resilience to handle challenging situations with diplomacy and professionalism. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 8. Knowledge of CRM software is a plus. 9. Ability to make sound decisions under pressure. 10. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
