Client Service Officer

Job Description:

LifePoint Health is seeking a reliable and dedicated Client Service Officer to join our team in Dubai. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in client service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients' needs are met and issues are resolved - Develop strategic plans to grow client accounts and maximize profitability - Conduct negotiations with clients to secure agreements and contracts - Monitor client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement - Provide regular reports and updates to management on client accounts - Stay current on industry trends and market conditions to better serve clients - Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the client service department

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - 4+ years of experience in client service or a similar role - Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus
