Remote Client Service Officer

Job Description:

Baxter International is seeking a Remote Client Service Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This part-time position is perfect for an entry-level candidate with at least 1 year of experience in client service. As a Remote Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working remotely.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to address their inquiries and provide solutions to their problems - Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries - Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless client experience - Utilize strategic planning to identify opportunities for improving client service processes - Stay adaptable and resourceful in responding to client needs and requests - Demonstrate excellent attention to detail in all client interactions - Work independently to manage client service tasks efficiently and effectively

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a client service role - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Adaptable and resourceful personality traits - Attention to detail and strategic planning soft skills - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Fluent in English, additional languages a plus
