Remote Client Service Officer

Job Description:

O’Reilly Automotive is seeking a Remote Client Service Officer to join our team in Dubai. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, have a strong drive to succeed, and possess excellent analytical and innovative skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and other remote communication channels - Handle client inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Take ownership of client issues and follow through to resolution - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction - Maintain accurate client records and data in our CRM system - Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the client experience - Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong analytical skills and ability to think critically - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems - Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
