Client Service Officer

Job Description:

Realogy Holdings is seeking a part-time Client Service Officer to join our team in Dubai, AE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing exceptional customer service. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. 3. Coordinate and organize client meetings and events, including preparing materials and presentations. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients. 5. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance the client experience and drive business growth. 6. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to clients.

Requirements: 1. Personality traits: The ideal candidate should be reliable and resilient, able to handle challenging situations with grace and professionalism. 2. Soft skills: Creativity and planning skills are essential to successfully meet and exceed client expectations. 3. Prior experience in a client service role is preferred. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in MS Office and client management software. 7. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
