Estee Lauder is seeking a Client Service Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi on a part-time basis with the flexibility to work from home. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are motivated, passionate, and eager to kickstart their career in the beauty industry.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. 2. Manage client accounts, maintain customer records, and update databases with accurate and current information. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and promote products or services to meet their needs. 4. Assist in organizing and hosting virtual events or product demonstrations to engage clients and drive sales. 5. Conduct market research to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities to enhance client experience and loyalty. 6. Identify and resolve client issues through effective problem-solving skills and communication.

Requirements: 1. No prior experience required, but a strong interest in the beauty industry is a plus. 2. Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with clients and represent the brand effectively. 3. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote work environment. 4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate client records and data. 5. Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for client communication and CRM systems.
