Client Service Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Bed Bath & Beyond is seeking a motivated and independent Client Service Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This position is a part-time role and will be performed remotely from the comfort of your own home. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Managing client accounts and updating their information as needed. 3. Processing orders, tracking shipments, and providing clients with status updates. 4. Resolving any issues or complaints from clients effectively and efficiently. 5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth communication and resolution of client issues. 6. Providing clients with product recommendations and assistance with their purchases. 7. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 8. Being proactive in identifying opportunities to upsell products or services to clients. 9. Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with clients. 3. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Creativity in problem-solving and finding innovative solutions for client issues. 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools. 6. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote work environment. 7. Must be motivated, proactive, and able to adapt to change quickly. 8.
