Client Service Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Client Service Officer to join our team at Phillips 66. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Dubai, AE. As an Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and concerns - Assist clients with account management, setting up appointments, and resolving any issues that may arise - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client requests - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with clients and colleagues - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Continuously seek ways to improve the client service experience

Requirements: - Resilient and passionate individual who is dedicated to providing top-notch customer service - Demonstrated emotional intelligence and ability to handle difficult situations with empathy - Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
