Remote Client Service Representative

Tech Data is seeking a Remote Client Service Representative to join our team in Dubai. As a part-time Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess a driven and dedicated personality, along with strong problem-solving and time management skills.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful outcomes. - Utilize CRM systems to document client interactions and track progress on tasks. - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and potential areas for improvement.

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and time management skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - Bachelor's degree preferred.
