Remote Client Service Representative

Job Description: Quest Diagnostics is seeking a part-time Remote Client Service Representative to join our team in Dubai, AE. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients remotely. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve effectively.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and provide information about Quest Diagnostics products and services - Process orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery - Resolve client issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department - Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions - Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Confident and motivated personality traits - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
