Remote Client Service Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Client Service Representative to join our team at Comcast in Dubai. As a part-time entry-level position, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients from the comfort of your own home. This role requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage incoming client inquiries through phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding products, services, and account information. 3. Resolve client concerns and issues in a professional and efficient manner. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Document all interactions with clients for future reference and analysis. 6.
