Job Description:
Chesapeake Energy is seeking a part-time Client Service Representative to join our team in Dubai. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in client services. The ideal candidate will be resilient and passionate about delivering excellent service to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues that may arise - Provide support in preparing reports and analyzing data to improve client services - Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance the overall client experience - Act as a brand ambassador for Chesapeake Energy, representing our company with professionalism at all times
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in client services or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to lead and influence others to achieve desired outcomes - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
