Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Ameriprise Financial in Dubai is currently seeking a part-time Client Service Representative at the Associate Level who is adaptable, resilient, and possesses strong time management and emotional intelligence skills. With a minimum of 4 years of experience in client services or a related field, the ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and issues promptly, and maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate client records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date - Assist clients with account transactions, fund transfers, and other financial services as needed - Collaborate with financial advisors and other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Conduct research and analysis to resolve complex client issues effectively - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Ameriprise Financial products and services to clients - Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in regulations to provide clients with accurate information and advice - Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to facilitate communication and problem resolution

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field - 4+ years of experience in client services or a similar role - Highly adaptable and resilient to change - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred
