Job Description - Client Service Representative

Job Description:


WEC Energy Group is seeking a talented and motivated Client Service Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, building strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance client retention and loyalty. 3. Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings. 4. Utilize company systems and tools to track client interactions and maintain accurate records. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients. 6. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell company products and services to clients. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients.


Requirements: 1. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 4. High level of organization and attention to detail. 5. Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment. 6. Hardworking and resilient attitude. 7. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
