Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Union Properties is currently seeking a Part-Time Client Service Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional service to clients, building and maintaining strong relationships. 2. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist clients with account management, including processing payments and updating personal information. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. 5. Act as a liaison between clients and the company, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. 6. Meet and exceed service level agreements and performance metrics.

Requirements: 1. Confident and adaptable personality traits to effectively communicate and build rapport with clients. 2. Strong presentation skills to effectively convey information to clients. 3. Ability to make quick and effective decisions to resolve client issues. 4. Prior experience in a customer service role preferred. 5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
