Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Illinois Tool Works (ITW) is seeking a part-time Client Service Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and accurately. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet them. - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate responses to client requests and issues, ensuring seamless communication and resolution. - Track client interactions and maintain detailed records in our CRM system. - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to clients. - Contribute to the development of strategies for improving client satisfaction and retention. - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. - Adaptable and independent, able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Strong project management and strategic planning skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
