Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Windstream Holdings is seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Service Representative to join our team in Dubai. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving any issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attentiveness, and communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction with our services - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide solutions - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients - Monitor client accounts and ensure accurate and timely billing - Provide feedback to management on client trends and needs - Stay up to date on industry trends and developments to better assist clients

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role - Hardworking and driven individual with a strong work ethic - Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
