Client Service Representative

Job Description:

PepsiCo is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Client Service Representative to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions - Handle client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and execute client requests - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients showcasing our products and services - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to better serve clients - Assist in developing strategies to grow client accounts and increase revenue - Track and report on client interactions and sales activities

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Hardworking and resilient attitude - Creativity and strong presentation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges - No prior experience required
