Client Service Representative

Job Description:

SanDisk, a leading technology company in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels - Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding products, services, and policies - Resolve client issues and complaints efficiently and effectively - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or client relations - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Confident and reliable with a positive attitude - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Experience in people management is a plus
