Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Al Ghurair Group is seeking a motivated and dedicated Client Service Representative to join our team in Dubai on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in person to address inquiries, concerns, and requests - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall service delivery - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients - Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills - Contribute to team goals and objectives by achieving individual performance targets - Act as a brand ambassador by representing Al Ghurair Group in a professional manner to clients and the public

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Motivated and dedicated attitude towards client satisfaction - People management and emotional intelligence skills - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
