Remote Client Service Representative

Job Description: PG&E Corp. is seeking a Remote Client Service Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client services and possess a passion for providing top-notch service. This part-time role requires someone who is resourceful, cooperative, and skilled in people management, and who can work effectively in a remote environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to clients through various communication channels (phone, email, chat). 2. Manage client inquiries, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to effectively address client inquiries. 7. Assist in identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.

Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in client services or a related field. 2. Passion for providing exceptional customer service. 3. Resourceful problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent cooperation and people management skills. 5. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 6. Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team.
