As a Client Service Representative at D.R. Horton in Abu Dhabi, AE, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients seeking information on our properties and services. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person - Providing accurate information about our properties, pricing, and availability - Scheduling property viewings and appointments for clients - Assisting clients with the application and purchasing process - Resolving client complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintaining client records and information in our database - Collaborating with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements: - Motivated and adaptable personality traits - Strong cooperation and analysis skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
