Remote Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Hertz Global Holdings is currently seeking a part-time Remote Client Service Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for individuals who are looking to gain experience in a fast-paced customer service environment. The ideal candidate will possess at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with reservations, changes to bookings, and other inquiries - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on company products and services - Meet and exceed performance goals and targets

Requirements: - Independent and reliable individual who can work effectively in a remote setting - Strong teamwork and cooperation skills to collaborate with colleagues - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - High school diploma or equivalent
