Client Service Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Henry Schein is seeking a Client Service Representative to work remotely from home in Abu Dhabi. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role. The ideal candidate will be hardworking and driven, with strong leadership and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls and emails from clients, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or inquiries in a timely manner - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist clients with their needs - Communicate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company database - Act as a brand ambassador for Henry Schein, promoting our products and services to clients

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Hardworking and driven personality - Strong leadership and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and efficiently - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
