Client Service Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

CBS is seeking a motivated and experienced Client Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information. 2. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently. 4. Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients. 5. Assist in the onboarding of new clients and provide training as needed. 6. Proactively seek feedback from clients to improve overall customer satisfaction. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to better serve clients. 8. Meet and exceed KPIs related to client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Independent and reliable with the ability to work from home effectively. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Creativity and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
