Job Description:

Jones Financial is seeking a reliable and confident Client Service Representative to work from home in Abu Dhabi, UAE on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Educate clients on the company's products and services - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure the best possible customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments - Meet and exceed performance targets and goals

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a client service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Strong problem-solving skills - A dedicated and reliable work ethic - Confidence in interacting with clients - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and situations
