Remote Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

Edison International is seeking a Remote Client Service Specialist to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi, AE. This part-time position at the associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in client services. The ideal candidate will possess the following personality traits: confidence and resilience. In addition, strong soft skills including leadership and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional client service through remote communication channels such as phone, email, and chat - Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely and accurate information - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded - Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Continuously improve client satisfaction and retention rates - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client services

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 3+ years of experience in client services - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Confidence and resilience in handling challenging situations
