Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Client Service Specialist to join our team at Reinsurance Group of America in Abu Dhabi, AE. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This position is part-time and at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved effectively - Provide support in managing client accounts, including data entry, documentation, and reporting - Assist in the development and implementation of client service strategies to enhance overall customer satisfaction - Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and streamline client service operations - Stay informed about industry trends and developments to better serve our clients - Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge in client service

Requirements: - Motivated and resilient individual who is dedicated to providing excellent client service - Excellent people management skills and ability to work well within a team - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency - Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
