Remote Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Client Service Specialist to join our team at Fiserv in Dubai, UAE. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are independent and driven.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service at all times - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are being met and issues are resolved promptly - Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot client issues and provide creative solutions - Participate in regular training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge - Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including maintaining client records and generating reports

Requirements: - 1+ year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Drive to succeed and exceed client expectations - Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment - Previous experience in the financial services industry is a plus
