Job Description:
Seaboard is currently seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our team in Dubai. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. This position requires a high level of energy and adaptability, as well as strong teamwork and project management skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their inquiries and requests via phone, email, and in-person meetings. 2. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients. 3. Develop a deep understanding of our products and services in order to effectively troubleshoot issues and provide solutions. 4. Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 6. Assist with onboarding new clients and providing training on our products and services. 7. Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. 8. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the client service department.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or client management. 3. Energetic and adaptable personality with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. 4. Excellent teamwork and project management skills. 5. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
