Client Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Centene is seeking a part-time Client Service Specialist to work from home in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an entry level position, no prior experience is required, although a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or similar role is preferred. The ideal candidate will be confident, adaptable, possess strong decision-making and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction. 2. Facilitate client onboarding and data entry processes. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and ensure timely resolution. 4. Conduct outreach to current and potential clients to maintain and expand relationships. 5. Assist with the development and implementation of client service strategies. 6. Provide feedback to management on client needs and market trends. 7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the company database. 8. Assist in the resolution of billing and payment issues. 9. Participate in company training programs and meetings as required.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 5. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 6. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 7. Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus.
