Darden Restaurants is seeking a motivated and adaptable Client Service Specialist to join our team. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows for remote work from home in Dubai, UAE. We are looking for someone who is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Proactively manage client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently - Conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the client experience - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for client retention and satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance the quality of client service

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Adaptable and able to thrive in a changing environment - People management skills and the ability to analyze data to drive decision-making
