Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Client Service Specialist to join our team at DTE Energy. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility of working from home. As an Associate Level Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Responsibilities: - Manage client inquiries and concerns through various communication channels, such as phone, email, and chat - Build strong relationships with clients and ensure their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex client issues - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide knowledgeable support to clients - Assist in developing and implementing client service strategies to enhance overall customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up actions
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role - Hardworking and passionate about providing exceptional service to clients - Strong adaptability skills to navigate different client personalities and situations - Ability to engage in strategic planning to address client needs effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
