Client Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

United Continental Holdings is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi on a part-time basis, working from home. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and helping to resolve any issues they may encounter.

Responsibilities: - Manage client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction - Assist clients with account management and troubleshooting any technical issues - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and improve overall client experience - Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings to effectively communicate with clients - Document all client interactions and keep detailed records of client communications - Utilize project management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
