Client Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Specialist to join our team at Ball. This is a part-time, entry-level position that can be done remotely from your home in Dubai. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and courteous manner - Assist clients with account management, order processing, and issue resolution - Collaborate with other departments to address client needs and resolve any issues - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients regarding products and services - Continuously improve client service processes and procedures - Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all client interactions

Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively - Adaptable to various work environments and situations - No prior experience is required, as this is an entry-level position
