Job Description:
Time Warner is seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Client Support Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or client support roles.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions - Answer client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and updating client profiles - Collaborate with team members to ensure client needs are met and exceeded - Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Leverage persuasion skills to upsell products or services to clients when appropriate - Utilize data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or client support roles - Hardworking and resourceful personality traits - Strong time management skills - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with clients - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
