Job Description:

Envision Healthcare Holdings is seeking a part-time Client Support Assistant to join our team in Dubai, AE. This entry-level position is perfect for someone with 1 year of experience who is adaptable, dedicated, and possesses strong people management skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent client support through effective communication and problem-solving. 2. Assist with client onboarding and training processes. 3. Manage client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and success. 5. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or client support role. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 4. Excellent people management skills and a dedication to providing outstanding service. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
