Job Description - Client Support Assistant

Job Description:


As a Client Support Assistant at Symantec, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our clients in Abu Dhabi, AE. In this part-time position at the Associate Level, you will be responsible for assisting clients with technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide top-notch customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Document and track client inquiries and resolutions in our system. 4. Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution. 5. Assist in the onboarding process for new clients and provide training as needed. 6. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients. 7. Continuously look for ways to improve processes and enhance the client experience.


Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Dedicated and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Innovative mindset and strong leadership qualities. 6. Experience working with CRM systems is a plus. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
