Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and adaptable Client Support Assistant to join our team at ADP in Abu Dhabi. As a Client Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, assisting them with any questions or concerns they may have.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, answering phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with any technical issues they may be experiencing and escalate to the appropriate teams as needed - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and provide updates to the client as necessary - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience - Identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations to management - Closely monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues that may arise
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or client support role - Strong leadership abilities and emotional intelligence - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
