Job Description - Client Support Assistant

Job Description:


SpartanNash is seeking a dedicated and motivated Client Support Assistant to join our team in Dubai, AE. As a Client Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. This part-time position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow their career in client support.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. 2. Maintain accurate client records and documentation to ensure smooth communication and efficient problem-solving. 3. Assist in the coordination of client meetings and events, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-up tasks. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations. 5. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and build strong relationships. 6. Support the sales team by providing data and insights on client preferences, market trends, and competitive analysis. 7. Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management to help drive client satisfaction and business growth.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in client support or a similar role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong planning and organizational skills with great attention to detail. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
