Remote Client Support Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Client Support Assistant to join our team at Cummins in Abu Dhabi. This is a part-time position at the Associate level with a requirement of 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be reliable and independent, with strong emotional intelligence and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels - Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex client issues - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients - Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities provided by the company

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer support role - Strong emotional intelligence and decision-making skills - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Familiarity with technical troubleshooting and problem-solving - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Flexible schedule to accommodate part-time hours
