Remote Client Support Assistant

Job Description:

Marathon Oil is seeking a passionate and resilient Remote Client Support Assistant to join our team in Dubai. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This part-time position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional remote support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly - Assist in troubleshooting technical problems and escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update systems with relevant information - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and provide excellent service to clients - Analyze client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction - Stay adaptable to changing client needs and industry trends to continuously improve support services

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a client support role - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Resilient in handling challenging situations and problem-solving effectively - Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and provide appropriate solutions - Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
