Remote Client Support Assistant

Job Description:

Dubai National Insurance & Reinsurance is seeking a Remote Client Support Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a part-time Associate Level role, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional client support services to our valued customers.

Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assisting clients with policy information, claims processing, and general insurance inquiries - Conducting research to resolve client issues and provide accurate information - Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction - Maintaining detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Upholding company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations - Continuously striving to improve customer service and satisfaction

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or relevant field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Resilient and motivated personality traits - Demonstrated cooperation and research skills - Knowledge of insurance industry practices and policies is a plus
