Client Support Assistant

Job Description:

As a Client Support Assistant at Harman International Industries in Dubai, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Responsibilities: - Answering client inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Providing technical support to clients experiencing issues with our products or services - Assisting clients with product recommendations and helping them make informed purchasing decisions - Tracking and documenting client interactions and resolutions in our CRM system - Collaborating with other departments to address client concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction - Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing new solutions
