We are currently seeking a Client Support Assistant to join our team at Illinois Tool Works. This is a part-time remote position based in Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi, AE, offering opportunities for growth and development within a dynamic and innovative work environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist clients with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and order processing. 3. Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or client support roles. 2. Dedicated and resourceful individual with a strong work ethic. 3. Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software. 5. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Adept at working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change. 8. Critical thinking skills and the ability to collaborate with a diverse team. 9. Flexibility to work part-time hours and occasional weekends as needed.
